How much does the analysis cost?
Nothing. We analyse your bill and send you the comparison free of charge and with no obligation. If no offer is worth it for you, we will say so and you change nothing.
What exactly is a fixed price?
It is a contract where the price per kWh and the power term are locked for a set period, usually 12 months. Your consumption will still vary, but the price you pay for it will not.
What if I am on an indexed tariff right now?
That is the case we see most often. We compare what you actually paid on your last bill against what you would pay on a fixed-price offer, so you see the difference in your own numbers.
Do I have to switch supplier?
No. We send you the comparison and you decide. If your current deal is already good, we will tell you.
Will my power be cut off when I switch?
No. The switch is administrative: the distribution grid and the meter stay exactly the same. There is no interruption and nobody needs to enter your home.
Why do you need my bill?
Because it contains your CUPS, your access tariff, your contracted power and your consumption per period. Without those figures any comparison would be guesswork.
What do you do with my data?
We use it only to prepare and send you your offer. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@kilowatt.es.
